The owner of ARR is Bill Barnett. With decades of experience of wheeling, as well as race and competition experience all across the United States, he is the man to lead the way in the hardcore 4x4 industry. With a team of highly skilled fabricators and designers, ARR products continue to push the boundaries of what is thought to be possible.
